The value for money at this motel was excellent, with comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. The location was convenient, just a short walk to town.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with a sink to wash dishes.

My room was great-sized and budget and the view was LOVELY. There were facilities such as a microwave oven, a fridge, and a sitting area. The daily service was great. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

The staff at 101 Oatlands were exceptional and really helpful. They provided us with a good-sized room equipped with a TV. the location was quiet, exceptionally nice, and conveniently close to a beautiful landscaped garden, Mount Barker, and restaurants.

The beds were very comfy. The room was immaculately clean and cheap with a TV. It was very close to Mount Barker, the Porongurup National Park, and Mt Barker wineries - great location overall.

The rooms here are well-kept and come with a TV, nice layout, and cozy bedroom. the location is fantastic, super convenient being near shops, the garden, and even the Porongurup National Park 🌿.

Loved the cozy community room with TV, coffee/tea facilities, and a fridge. The breakfast selection was amazing - everything fresh and inviting. The location was perfect, close to town and just a short drive to some beautiful sights and hikes. had a wonderful stay and left feeling recharged and closer with my partner.

While the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit small. , there were limited electrical outlets for charging devices.

Finally tried a B&B and loved it! Clean rooms, beautiful garden, and a lovely terrace. Plus, I discovered a hidden talent for picnicking and grilling!

Who needs a TV in a B&B? Not me! My husband might, but let's not worry about that.

The hot water issue was initially a bit of an inconvenience, but the staff quickly resolved it, showing their dedication to providing excellent service.

The double room at 101 Oatlands was just perfect for me and my family. With a microwave and electric kettle, we could easily prepare simple meals and snacks whenever we wanted. The twin room was super cozy and had a kitchenette, which was great for us. The soundproofing ensured a peaceful and quiet stay, allowing us to sleep soundly after a long day of exploring. The bathrooms in both rooms were clean and had showers with complimentary toiletries, making it convenient for us to freshen up. We loved that the double room had a private furnished patio, providing a lovely outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Personally, I would have preferred a larger microwave in the double room, but that's just my preference. Others may still find it sufficient for their needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming B&B called Rayanne Homestead. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made my stay very pleasant. The continental breakfast provided was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the tea, coffee, and biscuits available in the lounge area at any time. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean. With the electric blanket on the bed and a heater in the room, the cold winter nights were not an issue. The lounge area was a great place to relax, read, watch TV, or play a game. I also loved the peaceful semi-rural setting and the lovely view across the paddocks. my experience at Rayanne Homestead was extremely good value, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
